Choose how often you want your products delivered. You can always modify or cancel on your account page.
Start subscribing. Add the products to your cart and check out. It ships for free, and you’ll get 10% off on your first and recurring deliveries.
The Replenishment Service will continue at your selected frequency until you cancel. There will be a recurring charge on your credit card for each shipment for the amount of the product(s) you select, which may change over time. Any discount may change or be discontinued. You may cancel before your next shipment to avoid a charge by clicking the My Account section of the website, then Auto-Replenishment, then Cancel Replenishment.
How can I adjust my delivery schedule?
It’s easy. Sign in, go to your account page and click Auto-Replenishment, on the left side of the menu. Click View/Edit Details. Then, you can either change date or modify the delivery frequency.
How can I change my delivery address?
Sign in, go to your account page and click Auto-Replenishment, on the left side of the menu. Click View/Edit details. Then, click Shipping Address, where you’ll be able to change your address.
What are the delivery frequency options available?
When clicking on the “Subscribe & Save” dropdown on product pages or Shopping bag, you’ll find the delivery frequency options of deliver every 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 and 120 days.
How can I change the delivery frequency?
It’s easy. Sign in, go to your account page and click Auto-Replenishment on the left side of the menu. Click View/Edit Details. Then you can modify the delivery frequency by selecting the preferredoption on the dropdown.
Can I receive all of my subscribed products at once?
Unfortunately, no. All products are sent based on your selected frequency per product.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to your account page and click Auto-Replenishment, on the left side of the menu. Click Cancel Replenishment for each product you’d like to no longer receive auto-replenishment on.
Can the price of the products I buy change?
Yes, the price of the products to which you subscribe may change over time, as can any discount on such products. If the price or discount changes that will be reflected in an email that we send you before the next shipment issues. You may cancel the Auto-Replenishment at any time before yournext shipment to avoid a charge.
Can I return products I buy through the subscription service?
Yes, you can return any products purchased through our subscription service the same way you would with any other product purchased through our website. Simply follow the instructions on the Customer Service page.
