I am so disappointed you changed this product! The original Salt Scrub was my go to winter skin care product. I recommended it to all my family and friends, not any more.

Sigh, I love this product, why is it now essentially 15% more expensive? The Ginger has been ok scent-wise, not quite the old mint/?rosemary scent of old. (I've been using this product for years.) I am hoping the new formula of mint and spearmint will be as uplifting as the old scent. Wish I could afford to use it every day. Excellent at smoothing and hydrating and people always comment how good I smell (although the smell fades within a couple of hours); just a fabulous body skin treatment. HATE the price increase and not thrilled with the switch from jar (get every bit!) to a smaller size squeeze tube.

This was my favorite Origins product. I am so disappointed - not only that it is smaller and in a tube, but that it is not as moisturizing anymore. I used to use this in the tub and I wouldn't have to apply lotion afterwards, but no more. This new formula from the tube seems to wash right off. Boooo, Origins!

This is a truly exceptional body scrub, which is effective enough to smooth and moisturize my perpetually dry elbows and knees without irritating the sensitive softer skin on my chest and stomach. The scent is lightâwhich I prefer, much so over the Incredible Spreadable Ginger optionâbut the spearmint provides a refreshing, tingly cooling sensation all over. Just what you need on groggy mornings. As for the packaging: while the tube is slightly smaller and less aesthetically handsome in the shower than its glass jar predecessor, it also prevents additional moisture and skin runoff from slipping in and dissolving the salts and sugars before use.
As with many of Origins bath products, this scrub can be quite pricey if used as a full body exfoliant every day. However, if you apply initially as an exfoliant to problem areas (a little larger than a quarter), the scrub works itself into a pleasingly mild lather that can cover most of the body as long as you keep out of the shower spray.
