If you would like to ship your order to several addresses, here's how:
- Once you've added all the products you want to your shopping bag, click "checkout" and begin the checkout process.
- If you are a Returning Customer and go right to the BILLING/SHIPPING page, click "ship to more than one address" under the SHIPPING ADDRESS.
- If you are a New Customer, complete the BILLING page and click "continue with checkout." In the first box on the SHIPPING page, click on "Click here if you want to ship to more than one address."
- Choose a shipping address for each item from the pull-down menu or click "Add a New Address" to enter additional addresses. Click "continue with checkout" when finished.
- Select a Shipping Method and Gift Wrap options for each shipping address. Click "continue with checkout."
- Review your order and click "submit order."
Each shipment will be assigned a separate order number. You will receive an email confirmation when each shipment leaves our fulfillment facility.

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days using Standard Service. Please note that for orders shipping to multiple addresses, Shipping and Handling charges are calculated on the Order Total for each shipment address.*

Origins.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Origins package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Standard Shipping
- Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
Second Day Service
- Second Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- Second Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
- Second Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
- We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Second Day Service.
- Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
- Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
- Overnight orders require a signature upon delivery.
- We're sorry, orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO locations and Canada are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
- Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Electronic Delivery
- Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender's name and email address are included for the recipient.

Some items sold by Origins.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.
- The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Origins.com, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO
addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-20 business days from ship date. An additional charge of $5.00 will be added for each shipment to Canada. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes.
